All products sold by DigiSoftwareShop are digital software licenses delivered electronically. Because license keys are revealed immediately upon delivery, sales are generally final once a key has been delivered and successfully activated.

Activation Guarantee

Every key is guaranteed to activate. If your key does not activate, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase at digitalsoftwareshops@gmail.com. We will help you activate it or send a replacement key at no extra cost.

Money-Back Guarantee

If we are unable to provide a working key after reasonable troubleshooting, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds Are Not Provided For

• Keys that have already been successfully activated
• Change of mind after a key has been activated
• Problems caused by hardware that does not meet the product's stated system requirements
