Warranty Policy

Every license we sell is backed by our warranty, on top of the 14-day refund window described in our Refund & Money-Back Policy.

Activation Guarantee

Every key is verified before it's sent and is guaranteed to activate. If your key fails to activate, contact us within 14 days of purchase at digitalsoftwareshops@gmail.com and we'll help you activate it or send a free replacement.

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee

After the 14-day refund window, your license is still covered by a lifetime replacement guarantee. If your key stops working, or was never able to activate due to an issue on our end, we will replace it at no cost — for as long as you own the license.

What's Covered

• Keys that fail to activate due to an invalid or already-used code
• Keys that stop working through no fault of the customer

What's Not Covered

• Issues caused by hardware that doesn't meet the product's stated system requirements
• Keys deactivated for violating the software publisher's terms (e.g. resale or sharing)
• Change of mind after a key has been successfully activated

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email digitalsoftwareshops@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp +591 69777489 with your order number and a description of the issue. Our support team typically responds within a few hours and will verify the issue before issuing a replacement key.
